Join renowned orthopedic surgeons, David Feldman, MD, Arun Hariharan, MD and Aaron Huser, DO with a multidisciplinary team of experts for a groundbreaking symposium dedicated to the orthopedic treatment and management of rare conditions. This unique two-day event brings together physicians, therapists, patients, and families in a shared learning environment that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care. This symposium will provide comprehensive, condition-specific education, highlight advances in surgical and non-surgical treatments, and foster an open forum for questions, shared experiences, and medical insight. There is a session for physical and occupational therapists and interested parents on Friday afternoon. This activity will cover strategies for Arthrogryposis, MHE / NF1 with case studies and live demonstrations of innovative treatments to include use of spinal electrical stimulation, ASTYM, and custom OT bracing.

Hotel Information
The meeting will occur at the Hilton Palm Beach PBI Hotel (150 Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406).
We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted nightly rate of $289 plus taxes. This rate includes complimentary shuttle service to/from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and hotel, shuttle service to downtown City Place, hi-speed internet service, and 24-hour access to the state-of-the-art Fitness Center overlooking the outdoor pool.
We highly recommend that you make your hotel reservation early since it is peak tourist season in Florida. Our special rate will be available through January 31, 2026 or until our commitment is sold-out (whichever is first). To make a reservation click here. Reservations are due before February 1, 2026.
Note: The hotel will assess an early departure fee to those attendees who check-out prior to the date that was confirmed at check-in.
Getting Here
The closest airport to the symposium is Palm Beach International (PBI). The Hilton Palm Beach PBI Hotel provides complimentary scheduled shuttle service to/from PBI Airport and the hotel. If you will be arriving at Miami (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) instead, there is a shuttle to highspeed train service, Brightline, connecting these locations with downtown West Palm Beach.
Cancellation Policy
For written cancellations before February 1, 2026, we will refund 100% of the paid registration fee. We will not be able to refund any fees for no shows or written cancellations received on or after February 1, 2026.
